CHIVE  AND  DILL  DIP

         

 Ingredients

 2   packages of cream cheese, softened

 3   pieces salami, minced

 1 1/2   cups Herbs en’ Route Chives, reserve half

 2   teaspoons Herbs en’ Route Dill

 1   teaspoon worchester sauce 

 

Directions

·   Mix all ingredients very well. 

·   Form into a round ball.

·   Roll formed ball into reserved portion of chives.

·   Refrigerate for two hours and serve with your choice of  crackers.

 

Note:  With ingredients, use your best healthful choice substitutions and portion sizes for your family.

* A very simple Chive and Dill Dip will be a delight for football fans or your Christmas table.

* How about hot apple cider for the cold winter days ahead? Use a sprig of fresh Spearmint or fresh Peppermint to that hot drink.
